February 18, 2012--In honor of Black History Month, the Daniel Boone Chapter will hold a presentation in the West Virginia Archives at 2:00 p.m. by United States Federal District Court Senior Law Clerk Frank Volk entitled "With All Deliberate Speed: The Courage of Lower Federal Court Judges in Implementing the Supreme Court's Anti-Discrimination Cases in the 1950's and 1960's." The Public is invited to attend.
